Great replacement for a dock that died on me!
I really like all of the connection points (USB-C, HDMI, etc.) that the dock offers. It allowed me to shift some of the connections that I used to have on my laptop to the dock, which allows my wife and I to more easily swap out our set ups. It is super easy to connect and it helps to organize the wires trailing all over our desk for our two-monitor station. I was also happy with the price point, significantly cheaper than the Dell ones while still providing all the necessary pieces. The dock itself seems sturdy and has a good heft to it, which I think will make it last for a long time (especially with not having to swap out wires/fobs all the time).

Works just fine.
The device works as intended. I plugged into the sea port on my laptop, plug in the power supply, and usually runs to external monitors. I do have to shut off the laptop, by simply closing laptop. And I run with the two monitors 27 inches and I believe the resolution is 1900×1280 or whatever the standard resolution is and pics of all the USB devices that I use. No issues I’d buy a bigger one and maybe see if I can squeeze in a third monitor. Other than that it works just fine and the price is right and it was packaged properly and shipped quickly. No complaints.

Great customer service. Fuzzy audio output via 3.5mm jack. Updated review..
Customer service is exceptional. They want you tone happy and will do what is necessary to make sure your issue is resolved. ________________ Using on HP Elitebook G9 with latest Windows 11 version. Wireless mouse/keyboard: Attempting to have a wireless keyboard/mouse plugged into this dock causes problems. The USB receiver in the dock seems to be affected by the same interference as the audio jack. I have tried moving it to the different ports, repositioning the dock, I have checked the batteries and I am sure it is the dock. As with the audio, plugging directly into the laptop I have no issues anymore. 3.5 mm Audio jack: When charging cord and power are both plugged into the dock, there is a constant static noise, even when volume is muted. If you want clear, interference-free audio while using dock: 1. Plug power source directly into the computer or 2. Plug 3.5mm audio jack directly into the computer (Not both) Monitors: I have a switch that takes two HDMI cables, plugs into a regular USB-A port to extend the display. I have this plugged into the dock, that works, which is my main need. Charging: My computer noticed that the charging was not from an HP brand cord, but it charges without any issues from what I can see in the settings and the power option is set for high performance. I don't know why people think that any dock can produce power out of thin air without being plugged into an outlet. Use the USB-C power cable that comes with your laptop and the proper ports on your device that allow charging and full features. Port placement: Placement of ports is not as convenient as I would like, this dock is trying to allow for more options than it is capable to handle effectively. Too much interference between everything. But it does the job. Versatility: I am able to swap out two different devices for the same monitor station fairly easy which is my main need using the USB-C port. The dock is generally good for the dual monitors I needed, using a USB-A port for it, but the other ports don't seem to be useful due to so much internal interference, I think. In that case, I should have just bought something to take a USB-A to a USB-C thunderbolt connection. The cord situation is manageable between the two, the dock is easy to move, I bought a longer cable to connect to the usb-c port to keep me from needing to move the dock around when connecting a different computer. Now it stays in one place for both computers with opposite side connections. I will likely return this one or attempt to exchange in case the one I have is defective. Update: Customer service took care of me, so it's reassuring to know they stand by their products.

Failed Ethernet Port
I purchased this 2 years ago, and while it has worked fine up to now, the ethernet port for my second screen has stopped working. The reviews talking about this problem are true.

Works amazing, does what it is sold as.
I personally use it for my laptop. It only has one HDMI port and with a typical HDMI splitter it does not allow me to have more than 2 screens. (The laptop lid screen and 1 external monitor.) But since my laptop has a USBC port it allows me to have up to four screens! (including my laptop lid screen) It also makes it so much easier to transport my laptop as the only thing I have to unplug is my power cord and the USBC docking station. It seems to have no latency and my external mouse and keyboard also plug into the hub so it really lessens the hassle. It seems sturdy enough as far as I can tell, and really helps with cord management. Furthermore it allows me to use a Display Port that my laptop doesn't have! Which is a feature I was really excited about. So I can just change the input from my work laptop to my Xbox without shuffling any cords around. And it isn't too hard on the wallet either for the quality and performance. The only thing I have noticed is that if I forget to turn off my computer over night the hub gets just a little warm. (No where close to hot) So that may be something to keep an eye with extended use. I was a bit worried that it may not work just plugging in using USBC but it seems like if you have a USBC port it works without issue. But what I find really amazing that I think should be noted, I tried plugging my Ipad Air into it. And it works! I can use my Ipad with my mouse and keyboard on a monitor! So it opens up possibilities for those on a budget :)

Has all the ports I need for a quick disconnect of laptop
I'm a graphic designer who works from home most of the time. I just replaced my desktop computer with an Acer Nitro 5 laptop in order to have the option to work somewhere other than at my desk. However, at my desk I have the laptop connected to 2 monitors, a wired keyboard and wired mouse, ethernet cable, an external camera, and wired headphones with mike. Bluetooth is great in theory, but when it doesn't work well, I get angry, so I tend to use wired peripherals. But that is a lot of stuff to unplug from the laptop in order to take it to another room! I bought the VVB 13 in 1 Hub to give me freedom of movement without all the unplugging. So far (I just received it today) it is working as expected. I'm using 4 USB ports, ethernet, the display port, an HDMI port, and the audio jack. The monitors lit up right away and I adjusted my display settings to extend them. All the USB ports are working fine. The audio jack worked with my headphones and the mike tested fine. I did have to restart the computer and go into settings to find my external camera, but it's working fine. The ethernet was not showing as connected until after I restarted the computer, and then it showed a different ethernet than it uses when plugged directly into the laptop (see photo), which is puzzling. However, it is working so I'm happy. The wi-fi is not great in my office so ethernet is a must. Another strange thing is that while I'm working, if I touch the hub for any reason, like to plug in or unplug something, my screens go dark. Then all is well once I stop touching the hub. The laptop and my monitors are plugged into a relatively new surge protector, so that is another mystery. It makes me a bit nervous. All in all, the hub is doing its job and I get to take advantage of its convenience tomorrow when I travel with my laptop.

Lots of connectivity for a great price
For me this USB hub is the center of a music studio - I've connected: - A fader controller (USB-A) - Stream deck (USB-A) - USB audio interface (USB-C) - Midi Keyboard (USB-A) This way all my devices connect with just one cable to my Macbook Pro (M1 Pro). The dongle has just the right amount of inputs and outputs. Also I must say that I'm happy to see my Streamdeck working - I've had other USB dongles where the Streamdeck does not turn on (I think because it doesn't get enough power). On this USB dongle all the devices work really good. The dongle does get quite warm - but it should not be a surprise given how much electricity is going through it. The only thing I wish would have worked is that I could use my USB-C cable from the monitor in the power slot to power my laptop and connect to the screen with one cable - the power did connect from the screen to the laptop, but the screen didn't work from the PD slot (but to be honest, I wasn't expecting it to work either). So I am using the power connector with a regular power adapter and the screen is connected with HDMI - the 4K screen works perfectly.

After third day of using, only acts as a charger and not a hub
Received the product and connected it to my laptop and to my monitor. USB C charging cable is quite short and needed to jig my computer set up around for it to be able to charge my laptop and connect to the screen. Work from home once a week and it worked the first two times but with the third time my laptop during boot up would give me a warning the power source does not have enough power and to connect the factory charger. It would charge the laptop however any other function such as connecting to the screen or use of any of the other USB ports was not functioning anymore, it was basically acting as a charger only. Also cheaply made because the power button broke after the third time pressing it. I do not recommend this product.

Really good after sale service
I purchased the hub a few months ago. After some time, it became more and more unreliable and turned out to be unusable. Fortunately, I was able to contact the VVB support through Amazon messaging. I got really rapid service and a replacement unit was sent to me, thanks to VVB's representative Michael. I am really satisfied with the product so far. After a few weeks of use, no trouble with the new unit.

So far, so good !
I purchased this because the HDMI port on my laptop has become loose and doesn't work well. I wanted to connect my laptop to my monitor using a USB-C to HDMI cable instead, but I only have so many USB-C ports on my laptop. This hub allows me to connect my laptop to the monitor, to the ethernet cable, to the speakers, to my wireless mouse and keyboard all at once, while charging. It's exactly what I needed and so far, it has been very reliable. I've only had it for a few weeks, so I can't speak to its durability, but so far, it has given me no reason to worry.
