Egg bites and zero sticking
I made mini muffin egg bites for a mom group in a traditional pan and they stuck horribly. Spent at least 30 minutes to clean the pan…then I found these pans! I’ve only used it twice so far…but they’re amazing. Absolutely no sticking and I didn’t even spray the pan! (I do add a very small amount I’d oil or butter to the eggs when mixing them) very happy with my purchase!

Love this
I use this for making muffins and Yorkshire puddings. I use a lower temp when making Yorkshire puddings at 425 instead of the normal 450. They come out great and you can just pop them out.

There's no alloy steel option.
The sellers have a couple styles of muffin tins; there are different colors and material options to choose from. For example, the confetti colored one is made of silicone and alloy steel. The black/gray colored one is made of JUST alloy steel. I thought that was great because i wanted a metal pan. ... nope ... this is just a waist of my time. The sellers have been sloppy with the description. If you want a silicone pan, this one might work for you. This is not a metal muffin tin.
