Cheap plastic. Waste of money.
I am entirely disappointed with this product. Despite the reputation of Bodum, the quality of this product is minimal. The plastic lid broke after a few casual uses and it cannot be repaired. It was only ever hand washed, and we used it perhaps 4 or 5 times over the summer before it failed. This product was a waste of money and Bodum should be ashamed of putting their name to such a substandard, flimsy, and fragile product.

Another lovely product by Bodum. Their products are always of a high quality and design and this is no exception.It looks great and does what it is designed for.Have never had a bad Bodum product yet, and friends have also bought this item.

okay, but way too expensive for what it is.
This product is way over priced. I wouldn't of paid more than £8 if I had seen it in person in a shop.The plastic at the top was sharp and uneven, I had to sand this down. It was smaller than expected too. Is not of great quality unfortunately and the makers of this product need to spend more time on the finishing touches.But saying that it is a nice shape for fitting in a full fridge. I brought it for iced tea and the section that tea/fruit goes in pulls out which is a nice feature. It's also has a lid and a strainer to stop ice/tea/ fruit when pouring it into the glass.I cannot comment on how well it works or if the hot water from a kettle damages it in any way as I have not yet used it with hot water.Again, it is way over priced for what it is....a plastic jug. Therefor I can only give it two stars (if there was a half star button I would have given it 2 and 1/2 stars).

Really Good Product
This is a really good product, it has a slim design and fits into my fridge door perfectly, one drawback is the price - as it is very pricy for this type of product

Perfect ice tea maker
Simple and easy to use ice tea maker. I bought it at the same time as my ice machine and it is great for hot and cold days alike. It fits nicely into the door of my fridge and also functions as a robust jug just for lemon water etc at dinner time.
