I’ve tried a few scents and this is favorite so far. Nice scent that smells great in home. Pleasant smell when entering home.

I use this oil in my different and love it!

This smells like a prostitute that is also a grandmother. So strong and overwhelming. Would not recommend.

I really love the smell of this scent. However, my issue is that I ordered two(2) 2 oz. bottles but received one (1) 4 oz. bottle. While the total quantity matches, the fact that I have two units isn’t served well by the one bottle. People should expect to RECEIVE what was ORDERED.

Imagine being stuck in an elevator with a group of old men who put on way too much cologne… this gave me a migraine and I’ve never gotten any kind of headache from smelling something.. a hangover… yes… an oil diffuser scent- no.

I had high hopes for the Hotel Collection's Studio Pro Diffuser, but my experience has been a mixed bag.Customer Service Experience:Initially, I mistakenly saved an incorrect address to my card, which led to my order being shipped to the wrong place. When I contacted customer service, they were incredibly helpful and promptly shipped my order to the correct address. This first interaction left a very positive impression.When the diffuser arrived, it was defective and produced a loud whistling noise. Again, customer service was responsive. I sent them a video of the issue, completed troubleshooting, and was assured a replacement would be sent. However, weeks went by without receiving it. When I followed up, I discovered the exchange had not been processed. The agent quickly rectified this, and I received the replacement about a week later.Packaging and Subscription Issues:Unfortunately, my subscription experience has been poor. My first monthly scent arrived spilled inside a ziplock bag due to inadequate packaging. Customer service replaced it, but the replacement arrived in the same manner. The second monthly scent had the same issue, and the third shipment was no different.To make matters worse, I discovered that the scent had spilled inside the diffuser itself, rendering it non-functional. This was extremely frustrating, and I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription. Again, the agent was incredibly apologetic and professional. She explained that each bottle should be individually wrapped and protected for shipping and promised to send feedback to the shipping team. She also offered to send me something to clean the diffuser, ensuring it would work again.Conclusion:While the customer service team has been outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to help—the quality and packaging of the product have been disappointing. The diffuser itself was defective, and the monthly scents consistently arrived spilled due to poor packaging. Despite my positive interactions with customer service, the product's performance and the recurring shipping issues have led me to cancel my subscription.I really wanted to like this product, but the ongoing issues have been too significant to overlook. The only reason I'm giving this product two stars instead of one is because of the exceptional customer service.
