No Customer Service or Warrenty
I have purchased two batteries from this company. Both have gone bad within 6 months. I have called all phone numbers listed as well as email for repair / warranty help. The phone numbers are not answered and voice mail isn't returned. Very poor quality batteries and zero customer service and warranty support. Buy with this info in mind.

Great Battery APP Doesn't work
When you try and take a pic of the QR code, it takes you to the page download the apple or google app. It takes multiple tries to download the Apple App. Once you down load and try to pair up the battery, it says not working try later. If you hit the back arrow is displays You Quit System...I know it's Chinese but come on, a ten year hold could type better or make more sense.
