Contents 1. 100g of Tryptic Soy Agar Powder (TSA) with instructions. Here are some basic instructions 1. Add 40 grams per liter of water (distilled water is preferred). 2. Bring the mixture to a boil and mix well. 3. (Recommended) Autoclave the mixture for ~30 minutes at 15psi (121°C) 4. Pour enough agar to coat the bottom of each Petri dish. 1 Liter makes about 40 to 50 plates. 5. Let the agar cool down and solidify (this takes about 1-2hrs). 6.
