Read instructions before applying,. Really toned down my brassy highlights as didn’t want to have them redone before going on holiday in the sun . Was complemented on the colour and a friend thought I’d had my hair coloured again . So recommend this product will use again .

I have quite a lot of grey/white hair at the front. This product has been great at blending my previously dyed highlights and my growing in grey! It's also made my hair feel very soft and improving the condition. It was easy to use. Saves a visit to the hairdresser.

I got a balayge done back in November & had to get lots of hair styling done after which effected my hair colour. A month later, I tried this toner - and followed the instructions as it is in the box. My hair colour became even more fresh than before & everyone loved it. Now in Feb I wanted to refresh my hair again so I got another box & tried this yesterday. Literally took a total of 1 hour maximum including the initial wash & dry. My hair colour feels much more fresh than before & the process is quite straight forward. This time I used half a bottle my hair are shoulder length and quite thick. So, i think id be able to use the other half at another time. Overall, I love this product. It's quite economical and straight forward.

I used the Ash toner over the top of bleached hair (I used the same brand highlight kit before). The toner smells so lovely and also made my hair super soft after bleaching. However I followed the instructions exactly and it didn't make any difference to my hair colour. The photo is the 'after' I didn't include a befre as there was zero difference. In the end I covered it with a cool light brown semi from a different brand as I wasn't happy with these products. I'd say it did work very well as a deep conditioner though, so I doubt it will cause any damage and worth a go for under £5

Silver toner wasn't at the colour for root area I knew this and still went ahead .worked accept the root which I will bleach once more . I have shoulder length and only needed 1 bottle my hairs not thin or thick it's average.it lathers on damp hair .great toner make sure you have no orange before toning

Pretty useless tbh, was hopeful after reading the reviews but didn’t really tone any brassiness and my hair is still really uneven.

I used the ash blonde as I was trying not to bleach my hair as it was thinning, it was turning orange, around the crown of my head, so I used this toner, washed hair with zero sulphate shampoo, i left toner on for 35 mins, altho it says 30, it came out brighter all over and no more brassy grossness, felt soft and shiny too, very pleased, I only used half the bottle, so I can top up next time.

So I’m a dark honey blonde and I just wanted to tone it down a bit. To be fair to the toner it can only do so much and is a temporary measure lasting up to 8 weeks so bare that in mind. I applied this but after dying my hair for 20+ years I was super cautious and left it on for the minimum time which was 10-15 mins for dry hair. I did put a cap on and used my hair dryer to heat treat it in that time then I washed it off. It has changed the tone of my hair but it’s subtle which is either down to me not leaving it for long enough or it’s just a subtle effect. I like it and I’m glad it wasn’t too strong as I don’t like it when my highlights go grey/green/too ash which can happen with these things. Do I recommend it? Yeah I do, no disasters my hair looks natural and it has toned it but it’s not a miracle and if you’re trying to fix badly dyed hair its probably best to get strip your hair and start again rather than use this. I hope that helps in what is a minefield of a subject!! :-)
