In my search for Callard and Bowers toffee I was redirected to Walker's Nonsuch. Are Walker's toffees chewy or hard?

they seem to be hard when first in your mouth but then are chewy and absolutely delicious. I live alone and first bought small amount and then ordered 5 lbs. Everyone I give one to loves the taste.

There is no chocolate on this candy.

what are the ingredients? I need something with no chocolate.

My Nonsuch toffees DO contain chocolate.

are these candy sticky? to be more clear do they stick to your teeth easly?
