This rollator was just what my mom was looking for! It is much lighter weight than the traditional ones and folds inward to make it much more compact than traditional ones that fold up like a TV tray or folding chair. It was very well packed and pretty easy to assemble. The brakes are easy to apply, lock and unlock. It folds easily simply by lifting the seat handle and pulling up on the rollator—gravity does the rest.When opening it back up, you do need to firmly push one each side of the seat to lock it. It rolls very smoothly and while it has only been used around the neighborhood so far, the shocks do seem to help with the transition between surfaces (sidewalk into grass, driveway threshold into street, etc.).There was a small amount of looseness/wobble when I bore all of my weight on the handles and wiggled fairly forcibly from side to side, but nothing that causes me to be concerned for my mom (and I am quite fond of her, so I wouldn’t risk her safety!). I am unsure how much of that has to do with the shocks, especially because the seat has a different feel when first sitting down compared to traditional walkers (it is much more comfortable as there is some evident “give” that is not entirely expected given experience with traditional walkers). That being said, if someone is heavier than 200-225lbs and needs a great amount of stability, I’m not sure how secure they would feel but suspect they would easily adjust to the difference. (This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars for “sturdiness.”)The parts were well packaged and it required minimal assembly. All I needed were scissors to cut apart plastic! There was a pamphlet with instructions and photos as well as a QR code to the assembly video. I had to watch it a couple times as I could not identify which tension bracket/pin was to be inserted in which area, but really the way it is designed I think anyone would be hard pressed to mess it up. Also, the video shows the beginning order of assembly differently than the instructions in the pamphlet—I found it easier to follow the order shown in the pamphlet.I added numerous images and a video because I think they will not only help see the quality and features of the rollator but they will also help clarify assembly.All in all this is an excellent item, with similar features to a similar model from Drive that we were considering but was more than double the cost. Aside from the springs and the solid/single piece of metal for the frame, I don’t see much difference that would warrant purchasing the one from Drive (unless someone is much heavier). The seat and backrest on this Elenker is more comfortable than Drive’s. Brakes, wheels, opening/closing, size, etc. seem comparable.A side note about the included bag—it is a nice feature and seems roomy enough for general needs, but it would need to be removed (or contents removed) prior to folding the rollator. It’s not like a bag or basket that could remain full/attached on traditional rollators and walkers but I don’t think that would be a deterrent to buying this unit.

I love this rollator. It moves easily, fits in small spaces, is light enough to take in and out of the car easily, easily collapses in width to fit through narrow doorways, pops right back to width effortlessly, and it looks good.The down side for me is the height of the seat. It is a little too high for a woman 5'4". I can make it work in the house but if I really need to sit, it is not that comfortable because the seat height is not adjustable. If I am wrong about this and you know a way to lower it, please tell me!For someone a few inches taller, this device would be a godsend!

I ordered this Rollator/Walker because I do a lot of walking, often on varied terrain, and wanted something sturdy to hold up. This product does that. It is easy to load in and out of the car, goes everywhere, and the seat is comfy when needed.6 months after purchase I attended an art festival, walking for several hours…and when I returned home realized I’d lost one of the bolts that secures one of the front wheels. I contacted the company via email to find out about getting a replacement part, and received a response back within a few hours. I sent a picture to confirm the piece I needed, and they sent me the part I needed (and an extra) AT NO CHARGE, received within a week. That’s great customer service!
