I’ve been using Good Monk Nutrition Mix for a while. It’s easy to add to food and truly doesn’t change the taste, which is convenient. It’s a simple way to get extra vitamins and probiotics daily, especially when diet is not perfect. Good for basic nutrition support, but it’s not a miracle product you still need a healthy diet.

INS 551
The packaging says "No added preservative". The ingredients say INS 551. Technically, INS 551 is not a preservative. It is an anti-caking agent. Its official chemical name is Silicon Dioxide (often referred to as silica). While preservatives are used to prevent food from spoiling due to bacteria, mold, or yeast, INS 551 is used to prevent physical changes in the food—specifically, it stops powdered ingredients from sticking together. I don't know if it's possible, try not to add anti-caking agent.

Excellent product give balance to my diet I'm a working man and due to this i miss my nutrition full diet many times now i add this into my meal and it mix very well and good in taste too now i don't worry about my nutritions

Product is good . But delivery is bad
Product is good but delivery was too bad. Delivery boy leave the product to the security guard. Product can be misplaced.He was not come to my door. I hope Amazon will take care for the next time.
