Wow! This knife sharpening steel is amazing. It cost a bit more than some others but it is definitely worth every cent. We tested it on one of our knives and it sliced through a tomato as it is were butter. Can't wait for hubby to sharpen the rest of the knife set which is badly overdue. Spend the but extra and buy this. It's amazing! Highly recommend.
