Great supplement
I am happy with this! I have it on subscribe and save every month now. I feel like I have better focus during the day and energy lasts all day! I take this in the morning and I still feel great in the evening when I get off work. Mildly upsets my stomach sometimes but I can handle that.

energy but no metabolism boost
ordered these for help with my metabolism. despite taking two daily as directed, i did not see any difference with that — however i did notice a bit of a positive difference in energy, which was nice, but not what i wanted from the product, so i won’t be purchasing again.

Dangerous
I bought these and took maybe half of the bottle before I stopped taking them. I didn’t notice any difference whatsoever. A few weeks after I stopped talking them, I began noticing capsules in my stool that were completely undigested. I am still randomly passing the undigested gel caps. My dr said as long as they were now passing and I wasn’t in any severe distress or discomfort that i should be okay. It could’ve caused a blockage. These supplements are dangerous.

Super good!
I liked these a lot and they don't leave any weird aftertaste in your mouth. I like these and take these with my probiotics in the morning. I feel really good after taking these and I don't feel bloated after either. I recommend these, you're not gonna lose 100 lbs in 2 days but I really do like this product.
