Nice product but an unfortunate mistake
I’ve order these twice, the snakes are lovely colours. However on my 2nd order I received 4 snakes & 8 lizards. Although the seller replied quickly and gave me a partial refund (£0.80) I wasn’t really impressed with the level of customer service due to the attitude of the message I received, lack of responsibility taken for there mistake. It’s a shame.
