Sports Research Sweet Sweat® Waist Trimmer

This waist trimmer definitely lives up to its name—I started sweating before I even finished my warm-up. It fits comfortably, stays in place during workouts, and doesn't roll up every five minutes like some others I've tried. No, it won't magically give you six-pack abs while you're eating pizza on the couch, but it does help crank up the sweat and makes workouts feel more productive. Just be prepared to peel it off afterward like you're unwrapping a very sweaty burrito. 😂 Great quality and a solid addition to my workout routine! 💪

This waist trimmer is comfortable to wear and stays securely in place throughout a workout. The material is thick and durable with just the right amount of stretch, providing a snug fit without feeling overly restrictive. The Velcro closure holds well and is easy to adjust for a customized fit. I noticed it definitely increased perspiration around my midsection during cardio and strength training, and it remained comfortable even during longer workouts. The inside wipes clean easily after use, and the overall construction feels like it will hold up well over time with regular use. Overall, this is a well-made waist trimmer that performs exactly as expected. If you're looking to enhance sweating during your workouts while wearing a supportive, comfortable belt, this is a quality option that's easy to use and built to last.

Best one I've ever purchased. Sweating almost instantly. Adding the cream makes it just as effective.

YALL this is by far the best sweat belt! I’m a plus size girlie and it fits soooo well! And really works up a sweat! This comfortable and the Velcro doesn’t bother you or snag or get in the way!

Good quality for the price. Offers support and stays in place as expected. Makes you sweat too. I recommend it. Runs small.

Definitely works. Feels amazing ngl best thing I ever bought

These Waist trainers will always be my favorite!!! I personally own 5 of them! I love the quality of these! They're thick, durable and long lasting! I have had one for many years and its still in good condition! I did just find out that they have some that are 2 inches longer for longer torsos and that's what I will be getting next. Velcro is very strong and sturdy. I'm 5'3 and 197 lbs, I wear size Large and it fits great (I just like more coverage on my stomach as I have the mommy tummy.) (The marks in the pic are because I put it in the dryer... you're not supposed to. Lol)

Very comfortable and slim. I love the color and feel of the material. I've only used it a couple of weeks and love the ease of use of the velcro. It does what it is meant to do, which is make you sweat from the area it is wrapped around. But, as I later researched that it does trim ( like any body trimmer) but what you are losing is water weight. So as soon as we drink water the weight comes back on. It does help with posture but I do not want to be dependent on it since then our muscles become weak.
