I've been taking these vitamins for a couple of years now and don't plan on changing brands anytime soon. This is a one stop shop for essential vitamins and minerals. And in liquid form, they are the best for your dollar, because you absorb so much more than you would in pill form. Not to mention, it's much easier to take one capful of liquid a day than to swallow a bunch of different pills and powders. My energy has sustained and I feel healthier overall since beginning with Vital Earth. Anxiety has gone because I am keeping my adrenals nice and stable/healthy with the added vitamin C and B's to support. The flavor is fine, no complaints here. I've had liquid vitamins that just tasted awful. This is sweet to me and no problem getting it down.

We have been using this multivitamin every day for several years. The ingredients look appropriate for a multi, and this is the only one I have found that actually tastes decent.

I have taken Vital Earth Minerals plant-based Super-multi for many years. I switched to Vital Earth Minerals from Vitamin Code when I learned that the parent company of Vitamin Code was purchased by a Big Pharma company. Since the switch, I have not found any formulation that beats Vital Earth Minerals Super-multi on cost, value for the money, and most importantly, effectiveness. Super-multi gives my body the energy it needs to function well. One ounce (capful) daily does the trick for me. The 32-ounce bottle lasts a month. I will say that an online retailer offers this product at a better price than Amazon, but that retailer often runs out of stock quickly, so I purchase the product through Amazon as a backup.

I am a 42 year old woman who has a history of vitamin deficiencies. I bought this product on a whim because I wanted to see if liquid vitamins absorbed better, and this product was highly rated, and seemed to cover a lot of bases.I have noticed that my teeth have lost their empty/clear look, and that my nails have gotten whiter at the tips. I feel more energy and have more mental bandwidith, and my mood is better when I take this. I probably take it 5 out of 7 days of the week.The taste makes me want to puke, but I dilute it in a small glass of water, and drink it like a shot. It does not give me a stomach ache on an empty stomach. I believe it absorbs very well. In my opinion, it seems to absorb much better than pills I have taken in the past.Four stars because this is not a third party tested product, so who knows what it actually contains. The lack of accountability makes me reluctant to continue buying it. I'm on the search for a similar product that is third party/lab tested, because I don't want to take something long term if it isn't being tested for safety by a third party lab. There is too much heavy metal contamination in investigative report after investigative report of this kind of product. More than half of vitamin products do not contain what they claim to, according to Consumer Reports, so I really don't believe company claims unless they are third party tested. I am afraid of being poisoned by vitamin companies who don't test their products, and source ingredients from other suppliers who also don't test their products. Quite simply, there is no accountability in such a system, and when the industry is riddled with fakes and toxic contamination, you need third party testing to be trustworthy, unfortunately. I do notice they have three seals in their product labeling/design to imitate the third party lab testing seal on other products, however, which makes me trust the company less.That being said, I am here to buy it again, until I find a better product, because it really does make me feel amazing. Hopefully I am not poisoning myself with toxic levels of lead in the meantime.

I was super skeptical about this product as I have taken every multivitamin out there but the HUGE difference it has made in my energy level, and how easy it is to take makes me a winner. First off, the 32 oz size is HUGE and the fact that I have been active every day without being overly tired is a testament. I haven’t been physically active in at least 9 months. I am completely sold on this product. It also tastes pretty good and is super easy to digest.

I have taken the minerals by this company, so when I wanted a liquid vitamin, I was thrilled to see this option. I love the ingredients, and it minimizes the pills I have to take! It tastes good, it's sugar free, and I feel much better since taking this vitamin. I have trouble swallowing pills, so what a great option. I had it delivered with Subscribe and Save, but I am sad that this option was discontinued. Kudos to the company for replacing the folic with folate. I hope you will bring back subscribe and save!
