Hi, the size is normal US sizing. 5'8-5'11 150-160 lbs should wear L 6'0 - 6'3 160-180 lbs should wear XL and so on.

M or L depending on how “skinny” you consider yourself. The sizes run on the slimmer side. Great quality clothing.

I'd probably go medium....I wear an ex.small, but this was really snug...returned for a small....much better...90 pounds, 5 ft tall
