What size pulley wheel should I buy for a replacement?** A: The pulley wheels work great for me, they may be installed incorrectly, however if you prefer better wheels, Amazon sells the chrome metal ones. I do believe the ones they come with work great, I can use over 300lbs on the Lat even though it may not be rated for it. Do not do anything that makes you feel unsafe, just going by my experience with this power cage **Q: My height is 5'10".
