You can’t wear all the time because you don’t want to become too reliant on it. But it made such a difference when cleaning or standing cooking.

Amazing product, provides great support and has really helped my wife. The materials used and its durability are great. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I was very sceptical about buying this because it's quite expensive for what it is! I'm having my 6th baby and I suffer with SPD & PGP. The pregnancy support belt does help to some degree, ie: supports you round the pelvis. However, it is so uncomfortable if you have the belt on and you want to sit down for a minute. You literally have to take the whole thing off otherwise it digs into you and you feel like you cant move or breathe, which is annoying if you want to wear it out and need to sit down and wait to be called in for a doctors appointment (for example).I personally think its overpriced. I wear it very occasionally, but I get fed up of having to loosen it or take it off just to sit down for a minute.

Good Quality and Comfort.

The belt fits nicely, I am hoping it will be great postpartum too. I would have bought it earlier if I knew about it as it would have been perfect for my round ligament pain but it is nice and supportive in the third trimester too. Good quality.

I have found this product great for pain relief whilst walking out and about. Unlike other users, I didn't find the product to be scratchy on my skin so have been able to wear it underneath my clothes which makes me feel a bit less self conscious!I'm almost 30 weeks pregnant and was a size 12 before, although I think now I would be more like a size 14. I got the large and it works OK, but I think a medium would have been better!I have pretty severe pelvic girdle pain which has reduced (but not disappeared) through using the product and I've found any round ligament pain has gone completely when using it too.The booklet is really great and a nice little bonus, with exercises to help strengthen the back and pelvis recommended for each trimester.
