I dropped a star for this reason and considered dropping another since they seem to no longer make the best balls that used to come with the blaster and were available to purchase as replacements. Now they try to sell fuzzy tennis balls as the replacement and my dog destroys those in 2 minutes flat. The original, sturdy orange ball is amazing, but they tend to get lost and I'm very sorry we can't buy them. I wouldn't have purchased again, based on this, except for how much my dog loves this game when it's working.
