A wonderful press that is easy to use!
Iโve been aching for a pizelle press for years and finally bought one. This Cuisinart WM-PZ10 is great!! I did NOT get the โteflonโ type, but opted for the silver, instead of the coated one. This one is so easy to clean! Even I was amazed! You can find tons of pizelle recipes on the internet. I love them dusted with a bit of powdered sugar.Great with morning coffee too! I want to make some chocolate pizelles and make ice cream sandwiches from them. There are also recipes for savory pizelles, which I want to try. This is a FANTASTIC press...it gets very hot and is easy to clean. What more could you want? The recipes make a lot of dough, so I just keep it in the โfridge. So glad I purchased this!

Amaze your friends!
I had to crank out large quantities of cookies for a wedding, and pizzelles had to be there. This pizzelle press was apparently fool proof, and my cookies were perfect from the first. The recipe in the instruction book was delicious. Very easy to use.

Pricey
Works good . Easy to use . A lot smaller then expected . Donโt think it was worth the money they charged but itโs a good buy . It didnโt work as good for the other flavor ones . The regular ones came out fine but we made chocolate and they came out weird . Also the third time we used it they came out soft . Maybe my grandmom didnโt cook them long enough idk

Works marvelously, but ...
Good: makes a beautiful, crispy little pizzelle! Easy to use, the measuring spoon provides exactly the proper amount of batter, the non-stick really is non-stick. Cleaning is quick. The only problem is the handle/locking mechanism. It gets extremely hot to touch while baking, so I had to resort to a potholder to open when ready to take the pizzelle out. The small latch makes this very fumbly. However, the quality of the end product is such that I will definitely keep it. As an aside, it's going to be dedicated to gluten and dairy free baking, and so far , using the provided recipe with a measure for measure substitute GF flour and margarine, (as well as mortar ground anise) they are delicious.

Worth importing! Lol
I used to use the older model of this when I was living in the states and with xmas coming around I was really craving pizzelles so I decided to import one to Japan. I received and tried my pizzelle press today and I didnโt have the issue with hot steam/water droplets collecting under the latch. The light takes a while to turn off once youโve put in the batter but thatโs ok. Just wait for the light to turn off and turn back on again. Iโve always found setting #3 to be the best setting to bake these cookies at. I use a little teaspoon to scoop the batter instead of the spoon it came with bc I kind of like irregular edges more than I like having to pick off the parts that spilled out of the mold. The press comes with a recipe book and Iโve always followed the basic pizzelle recipe in there, but this year I modified the recipe because butter is so expensive in Japan. I subbed 6tbsp oil in place of the 8tbsp butter and everything turned out fine :) weโll see how the cookies fare as time passes, but so far it hasnโt been too much different from when I made them with butter :) Great press.

Pizzelle Maker
I have wanted one for years and I finally bought two for myself and one as a gift. This machine is the best. Love using it for the holidays I like to add different colors in small bowls with the dough and pill a little bit out of each wit the litt black spoon that comes with it. The dowel that is also included is great for making small cannolis once you take the dough off the griddle and wrap it around the dowel and hold in place. Itโs so much fun to do different cookies with it. Cusinart has always been the best

Cuisinart WM-PZ10 Pizzelle Press
Purchased as a gift, we already have one very similar but older. Took the new one out to make sure it works. Heats up as it should. Someone is going to be happy!

Cuisinart Lives Up to It's Standard
I've owned the now discontinued predecessor (Cuisinart WM-PZ2) to this pizzelle press for years and I got this newer version (same plates, same size and pattern cookies) as a secondary unit for my annual Christmas baking spree, so I can say this: 1) I've loved my original cuisinart pizzelle press for years - it is sturdy, cookies rarely stick (with a little help from some extra butter sometimes), the unit(s) comes with good recipe recommendations, and so far mine has held up to the making of thousands of cookies - and 2) this new press seems to be just as nice as my original, same exact cookies, with improvements to the press latch and the overall footprint of the device (it takes up slightly less space and has sturdier footing). After making about 500 pizzelles this year, I'm very satisfied with my new press and look forward to operating it in tandem with my original press for years and many more thousands of pizzelles to come.

Great Machine...Couple Drawbacks
This little machine is a workhorse. It's very easy to use and there isn't any real cleanup to mention. After every other use I do give both halves a brush with vegetable oil using a silicone brush and I wipe away any excess with paper towel. The machine is very compact and feels solid. The only negatives I've encountered are that it makes 4" pizelle not 5" and the wattage is a little slow. On it's highest setting it takes 1 minute and 40 seconds to make the 2 pizelle at one time. That's LONG AND SLOW! That being said, I tolerate it because it makes great pizelle and is so easy every other way. I do recommend this pizelle maker.

Cannoli shells
I made pizzelles for the first time ever. I followed the recipe in the booklet that came with the unit. Successful on the first try. Tip: place a dollop of batter on each of the spaces off centre, between the centre and back of the design and use the no. 3 temperature setting; when ready see if you like the texture. I found no. 3 generated good crispy pizzelles, but to make the cannoli shells, it might be better to go down to 2 or even 1 so that the pizzelles will be a little softer to enable rolling without breaking - if the rolled cannoli shells are too soft, pop them into the oven at 250F for a few minutes.

Waffles are too thick
The Pizelle maker works exactly as expected, except the tie waffles are too thick. The latch doesn't close tight enough, and there is no adjustment. Other than that, it works perfectly. The lights are pretty close to telling you when they're done, and it is fast.
