Perfect, but one minor note
Edit: After 6 weeks the top and bottom tape started to get a little loose and some glue would separate. But it's very manageable. When that happens, I clean them up and they would work fine with great fitment and no functional issues. After 8 weeks (2 months), the looseness and glue separation gets worse, but the fitment is still fine and manageable, but at this point there's a bit of sliding of the tape. After 10-13 weeks, the tape slides excessively and when putting them into the ear, it shifts on top of the microphone or it will move out of the way. The top and bottom tapes are done for and I'm replacing them. The middle tape is perfectly fine and for now I'm going to see if that one tape is the fitment I need to keep my airpods from loosening during exercise.Putting the important note first - avoid putting the top tape too close to the sensor as it may not close fully in its case. It still charges and everything, but for a little time, there will be a closure gap. These are a light and perfect quick fix solution that alleviated the fitment issues with my AirPods. The reason I bought these were because I ran with my AirPods for an hour and they kept ALMOST falling out. I had to constantly readjust them while running. This is a bit normal for me after long listening periods, but that was the final straw.I researched and bought these after that run and initially they felt weird, but after some time I got used to it. I just ran 6 miles (1 hour and 20 minutes) before writing this, and never needed to adjust them once during the run. Which is exactly what I desired (fitment that just works).I can’t say much for durability since I’ve only had these for a couple of days, but so far so good. The price for something like this is a bit expensive, but hopefully it’ll come down a bit.

Updated Review
The idea is great. The execution is terrible. The product will fail about a month in of use. Not the material itself but the glue they use. It seems like they are using garbage glue, but the sales representative told me it was intentional. Looks like planned obsolescence.

Works well with AZLA Max earbud tips for AirPods Pro 2
Update: the initial sweaty workout I mention below as yet to try was a success. No movement of the buds during an hour long workout.I have the AZL-MAX-APP-L installed on my AirPods Pro 2 in largest size but my AirPods were still losing their grip, defying gravity and actually have the stems raising upwards and outwards like horns sticking out of my ears. I lose both noise cancelling and sound quality with this annoying defiance with the original tips and also with the AZLA tips for AirPods. With a little difficulty, trial and error, I had these gecko grips installed in mere minutes following the included instructions only. The pictures shown in this product page are actually a better guide, IMO. I had some difficulty closing the case but maybe that improves. I did notice a suggestion in the included instructions to clean the gecko grips with sticky side of tape to keep them useful. I placed one grip pad incorrectly but I managed to peel it off and stick it again. There’s enough pads to install on two sets of AirPods but somehow I managed to come up one pad short of two installs. Maybe that’s why I had a bit of difficulty closing the case.Anyway, first use, I’m not exaggerating, these grips tamed the gravity defiance. No movement. Improved ANC. Improved sound quality. I kept the AirPods on until the battery charge was nearly depleted without movement. Comfort isn’t much different but I did gain the secure fit that I expected with the large AZLA tips which originally had left me with the impression that I needed a larger sized earbud tip replacement. I hope this newfound gecko grip lasts and keeps its grip during a sweaty workout. I’ll try that later.I can’t comment on durability at this time. I’ll update this review, if needed, at a later time

Not perfect, but an improvement
They help keep the buds in your ears, better than without, but they are not a panacea. My airpods still fall out, just not as easily. Worth the money, but don't expect miracles.

Great goal, poor means
The idea behind these is fantastic. They do make your AirPods more snug in your ear for sure however they come with some downsides. First off, they are really uncomfortable. They give you this itchy scratchy feeling in your ear and with make your ears really sore if you wear the AirPods for longer than 30 min. The pads quickly get really gunky, which I was ok with until the adhesive glue started melting and spreading into the mic and sensors. Also I’m sure there’s a way to install them that doesn’t interfere with the case, however for me even though I tried hard not to let that happen, I still would occasionally end up with one AirPod that just didn’t quite make it deep enough to hit the charging contact. This of course was infuriating. Unfortunately overall this product just doesn’t provide a very good long term solution. If you buy these I can almost promise within a month you will be removing them. That being said they might be good for someone who just wants to use them for a day or a few days of travel. A better recommendation that I’ve gotten all the desired results with is the Foam Masters Ear Tips. They’re easy to find and way more comfy and make the AirPods a lot more secure.
