A very fresh and light cake. It has a light citrus flavor that is stronger with the dried fruit pieces. The spice is a good holiday spice and does not over power the fresh lemon / citrus flavor of the cake. It tastes like I got it from the bakery. The package is beautiful and smells amazing as you open it.

Still the best panettoni out there.

Extremely disappointed. I would recommend against it to all my friends and family, it was very very dry, the texture was hard, barely the inside could be eaten. It was very displeasing especially considering the price. I’ve been eating panettone since I was a little girl, I’ve tried many different brands but this was my first time getting this particular brand and I was very excited about it. I read reviews that seemed promising, the packaging itself is beautiful but as soon as I tried to get the first slice and it gave me a hard time just to cut with the knife I knew it was not going to be as I expected. I even looked at the date on the packaging right away and it said good until 2018 so I don’t know what to make of this. It was either old or just really bad, dry, hard panettone.

Fancy packaging but average taste. If you close your eyes you could be tasting a 9.99 panettone. Save your money and don’t buy.

Bought various Loison pane tones over the holidays for myself and as gifts. Each one was fantastic. Everyone I sent them to who received them as gifts absolutely loved them as well.

Gave this Panettone as a pre-holiday gift to an Italian friend and his wife. They absolutely loved it! Their only regret was there would probably not be enough left over after family visited to make some Panettone French toast. I assured them they will get another loaf of this bread at Christmas. I will order early as I know it will sell out. I definitely recommend this to anyone for themselves or as a gift.

In einer Besprechung hatte ich von diesem Penettone gelesen und war mirn icht sicher, wo ich es beziehen könnte. Jetzt kenne ich eine gute Bezugsquelle: Amazon. Schneller als erwartet hatte ich das Goldstück auf meiner Kaffeetafel - frisch,saftig und aromatisch. Nur wenige Rosinen, was mir gut passt.

さすがに普及品のｍOttaやMelegattiとは違う。 来年もこの値段なら買うかも。
