This stuff is AWESOME! I had ripped a huge chunk of my tip index finger up when a spike from the bottom our home speaker stand dropped on it. I had yanked my finger back hard when the pain hit and ripped my finger tip along the outside of my index finger. Well as you can imagine it bled and bled and bled. I prob should have go to drs but I live pretty far away and as far as I could tell there really was no way to stitch it up as it was a sliced mangled mess. So I cleaned it out very well and put tons of antibiotic cream on it and gauze and wrapped and elevated over my head for over 2 hours and it finally clotted up. Of course it was due to the gauze getting stuck in the wound so the next day when I had to change the dressing it was hours of waiting for the bleeding to stop and then next day repeat. So I saw woundseal on web and all reviews on Amazon and thought hmmmm. Well it's awesome!! I followed the directions and ended up having to use 1 1/2 tubes of it on my boo boo and it worked!! It is now feeling solid and I know it's safe from infection. I am still wrapping it in gauze and will only change that daily because it says the woundseal will slowly go away as my wound heals. I am so happy with this! I will up date when it is all healed up but it feels so much better now! And having the instant scab on it the woundseal makes is much nicer to look at! I did not enjoy looking at my nasty bloody boo boo! I have shared this with others in my rural neighborhood Nextdoor posting because being so far from a ER this product could very much be a life saver!10 days since my nasty injury and 8 days after using the Woundseal and itis still holding up! I am keeping it wrapped up and away from any water but all I have done is change dressing and it looks great! I think it will be all the way healed up in another 7 days or so! If you don't care about scaring and want to skip trip to er for stitches this woundcare is the way to go!! I will up date once it is all healed up. But produce is holding up and slowly absorbing into injury as it is healing up!

I keep this on hand, in my purse, cars, and first aid kits. I've used it SO many times! Two of my daughters sliced their hands open at work, on slicers in a deli and in a fast food chain restaurant (2 separate occasions). Both girls were told to wrap it up, and sent to the Dr (work related). Both times, they were cleaned up, bandages up, and sent on their way. The first time, I was furious! After 11 hours, she was still bleeding profusely and soaking bandages and made to return to work that way. I cleaned her up and poured this on and it solved the problem in less than 10 seconds! The second time, before my daughter left work to head to the Dr, one of her co-workers called me and asked me if I was in the area, and if I had my first aid kit with me. Thankfully, I was. When I got to her, she was trying to apply pressure and keep it contained (failing miserably). We cleaned her up as best we could, and poured this onto her wound. It took more than we expected, but it DID work! She was sent home for the rest of the day because of her injury and her nerves were shot. This stuff is amazing! I have used the nose applicator, as well, for bloody noses. I won't go anywhere without this on hand! I've even given bottles and packets to complete strangers with injuries, who are now customers, I'm sure.

LOVE this stuff but it takes the entire 4 packets to stop any bleed. Just wish for the price it came in a large single packet so one isn't opening package after package while attempting to stop the bleeding!! My husband is a Contractor and I've found this is the best product to use when he does his OFTEN cuts and because he's on a blood thinner it doesn't take much for him to bleed like a stuck pig!! LOL I would give this a 5+++++ star review if ONLY the packages were larger and more for the cost!!!

I have not had to use it yet, (thankfully!) but I am trusting this will work as required every bit as well as the positive results others have had. Received in a timely fashion, and the exp date indicates a very fresh product, a BIG plus! In my opinion, the price per unit, is excellent for what it is designed to do. I have had small injuries that a single tube of this would have been perfect for, (ea covers just over a half square inch wound, obviously use more tubes if the wound is larger) that were difficult to stop the bleeding on by the location & type of wound, so I know this will get use if/when the need arises - why I was tickled such products as this exist. I have very much needed this type of product before I knew it even existed, why I knew I 'had to have it'. I believe product of this type are a *must have* for first aid for anyone. A person or animal can bleed out and go into shock from even a relatively small wound, if it's not controlled quickly and effectively.
