These whole dried crickets are farmed and processed in small batches in Eugene, Oregon in Oregon's first food grade licensed cricket farm. Our crickets are fed as local and as sustainable a diet as possible. -customers can download details of the specific diet eaten by the specific batch of crickets which they bought. With a taste most often described as "like a sunflower seed" these crickets are ready-to-eat straight out of the bag and make a good topper to salads, salsas, tacos, and oatmeal. Or, quickly mill the crickets in your home food processor to get delicious cricket flour which can be added to smoothies or baked goods.
