10Gb sim used in iPhone. Worked very well all over the western states and in New York. Think it's a little pricey but way cheaper than using my UK sim. I think it took about 4 hours to fully set itself up but all I had to do was pop the sim card in follow instructions and wait for some texts and emails then I was all good for my trip. Install the sim when you have hotel wifi available.

Most importantly the card worked well, plug and play, and coverage was good. My critique is the misleading activation instructions. Why asking for a scheduled activation day if that is ignored and the card gets activated straight away? So I lost a few days because they can't read their instructions properly. I contacted the customer service and they told me they reactivated my card and topped it up with more allowance but my card still deactivated prematurely...so be careful to activate it just when you need it and not like me 'in preparation'

Popped the sim in at the airport before jetting off and on arrival, all I had to do was turn the phone on. It may ask you to change your number over to the sim number but just kept my number and you’re good to go.

I loved the concept but ruined by the incompetence of the company. The wrong dates were used I was told they had been corrected but they hadn't causing alot of trouble and stress.

it doesnt work at all ... tried to get in contact with customer services multiple times they just kept sending me in the same loop only picked up the phone once out of the 20 times i called and the call cut out so not worth it
