Baby these gummies will have you out like a liiiiiiiight! I struggle with falling asleep sometimes but as soon as I take one, I'm asleep within 20 minutes. I had a sleepover with my sister and even she said that she was surprised with how quickly I fell asleep after taking it. The flavour is quite nice and the texture's soft too. I find it more effective to take them when you're around reduced screen light. All in all I'd highly recommend these gummies. I'm even fighting to not fall asleep while writing this as I've just taken one. Off to bed I pop!

They are really good and I get a good night's sleep

I bought these as the original ones were not available. While they still do the job I need them to do I do not find them as good as the original ones wich is why I have given them a four star. The delivery was good and was on time so no problems there either.

A pleasant and gentle way to a good nights sleep. They also taste delicious. No capsules to swallow, which is a definite plus for me, and they’re vegan too. They really helped me to ease into a restful sleep and I’ll continue taking them.

I am a terrible sleeper and hoped that these would help. I have now used all of them, so a good trail, and didn't find them to have any affect at aiding sleep what so ever. They tasted nice, soft and fruity, but didn't work for me.

I've been taking them about half an hour before bed and they do seem to help me feel calmer and less caught up in thoughts from the day. Overall, they're an easy and pleasant way to add a bit of calm to my evening routine and improve my sleep.

I find this a realy good product, It doesn't knock me out!! If thats what you are looking for? But I sleep much better when I use it. In fact I don't like to be without it.! Obviously don't use it every night, just when I have a restless patch. It works for me.

I tried these and can say they do make me fall asleep once I've gone into bed and my waking up during the nights have cut down , they aren't so strong as to knock u out cold which I cant be anyways I have a 21mth year old to look out for but they do calm u before bed ao u can switch off better. Ive ordered another one as they r herbal from 5 different flowers not chemicals
