Review: Works as advertised - These work just fine. Had no problems with Takoyaki sticking to them and certainly had no issues with "melting" as was described by some reviewers. Used at 400 to 450° F with no problems. Shipping time was a little long though.
Review: Light and Non-Stick - Much, much better than using wooden chopsticks. These are light and non-stick, for the most part. Occasionally, if batter sticks to it, just wipe clean with wet paper towel. The pointed end does not scratch the Teflon-coated surface of non-stick pans or grills. Shipped from Japan but arrived fast enough, considering foreign packages have to go thru U.S. customs.

**Q: what are these picks made of? Do they have any teflon?**
A: I think is plastic, and dont know if they have teflon, I dont think so. They are perfect for takoyakis, mine are still perfect and the dought does not stick.
