It's nice if Brand reduced Calcium to 250 mg instead 1000mg for 2 sarvings Calcium is 1000mg in 2 capsule, 500mg each Magnesium is 340mg in 2 Capsule, 279mg each. Zinc is 12mg in 2 capsule, 6mg each, 100% Vitamin D3/K2 400IU/55mcg, in 2 Capsule, 200IU/27.5mcg each 100% Vitamin B12 2.2mcg 100% Boron 6mg Cissus Quadrangularis extract 250mg

Useless product....no benefits.....u won't feel a thing after having it.....no help in recovery .......ignore this item at any cost

As far my observations "Vtamin D " can be get from this capsules and strengthen the bones. But daily 15 minutes in early sunrise (or) sunset exposure to our body for one month will review our "Vtamin D " ASAP
