UPDATE #2, May 2026: Yuck! I have been ordering this for a couple of years and it always tasted good. A new one arrived and it tastes kind of horrible. Really makes me wonder if it is the same thing. I used to look forward to it.UPDATE: I was at the bottom of the container so I poured the rest of the powder into my water. It was probably a scoop and a half. Wow. I will be doing a scoop and a half for a while as my sleep was literally the best in the whole 2 1/2 years I have been wearing my tracker. I will include a screenshot which shows I “beat 99% of users”. Only the second time I have scored above 70 on deep sleep continuity.1) this is the only product I found with all 3 highly recommended supplements in 1.2) I use about 3 oz of water, stir well and drink it down quickly so it doesn’t settle. It’s fine!3) I wear a tracker and my deep sleep continuity was pretty terrible. I had much bigger chunks on the graph after the first two nights (so far) of using this, and almost a hour extra of deep sleep (not overall sleep, which has been fine). That is very important to me. Great flavor, excellent results!

I bought this based on a YouTube video. Just took my first serving with creatine. Flavor is not good, as it seems they forgot to add a sweetener to enhance the flavor profile. So plane on adding this to a fruit juice or order unflavored if it’s offered. It might just the way the vitamin tastes. Anyway it’s doable and I’ll review again later to see if I finish it, and if it had any positive effects.

I have struggled to fall asleep and get restful sleep. This product has made a big difference. I take it about 1-1.5 hours before bedtime and it produces a very noticeable calming effect, makes me sleepy and I believe also helps me sleep more deeply.I love that this is in powder form, since I hate taking pills. I mix it with ~8oz water. The taste is absolutely fine, I have no issue taking this every night.

This stuff used to taste decent. But seems they not only changed the packaging but the taste as well. It's absolutely horrible. It smells and tastes like we're drinking flowery perfume. My husband cannot tolerate it either. I have cancelled my subscribtion and went back to my previous brand that I used to buy before I started buying this brand. And before this brand got so bad tasting.

This product is amazing for deep sleep if you can tolerate it. It gave me the deep sleep I had as a child. In my case after a week I started experiencing some pain in the area below my thumb so I am proceeding with caution.

I expected capsules but the powder is very strong in taste stopped having it.
