I’ve had horrible hay fever my entire life and the only thing that helped was an allergy medicine that would make me so tired and drowsy I needed a 2 hour nap every time I took it to get relief. I wish I knew about quercetin sooner but very grateful my allergies are amazingly gone!!! I love flowers and mowing the lawn and now I can enjoy being outside again!! Actually this product helped so much. You have to take it at least 15 minutes before going outside though. If not, the allergens have already made an impact

I guess this is helping my immune system. I take elderberry with it. Fairly easy to swallow. Decent price point.

Seems to be a quality supplement. My first time ordering it to help eliminate multiple bottles of desired pills. Contains crucial ingredients for strengthening the immune system. Some questions as to the strength of some ingredients. Allergies are the worst, this brand of Nettles and Quercitin, bromelain, vitamin C, D and Zinc works so incredibly well!!
