SPANX Women's Long Sleeve Arm Tights™ Layering Piece, Opaque

I have Ulnar Nerve Entrapment and hoped a compression sleeve would help. This little crop top works great and ***BONUS*** completely covers my 42EEE breasts. The top fits below my bra and I just tuck it in. It also is tight enough to wear and secure the girls WITHOUT A BRA. The compression does help my elbow thank God! It is quite sheer but I am thrilled with my purchase. I could even wear this instead of a bra, which is a rare find for my large girls. Peace to each of you. Thank you Spanx.

Lifesaver! Or should I say arm saver? . These arm tights are perfect. They are light and can fit under a tank top or cap Sleeved T-shirt like they are made to be there. Seamless. All the sleeveless dresses and tank tops that have been going on worn are now getting air time. I previously tried to find a lightweight sweaters for the arm cover up. No more. My wardrobe has doubled! Con: More colors. Although black and white does the most important job, some of the time, it would be nice to have more colors.

I purchased these spanx to help with the fat on my underarms. I would consider the compression of this spanx to be on the light side. I would prefer a medium compression. I like how it’s a pullover and the sleeves go down to the wrist. Very thin and sheer which I prefer as I get hot easily. I’m hoping to be able to wear this during the summer as well at work. I wear these under my scrubs at work and I’m able to roll up my sleeves if needed. Held up in the washer/dryer and I have not noticed a difference in the compression. I purchased a second pair.

I knew I was going to need a little extra warmth for an outfit I planned for a girl's trip. This was the perfect item. It was super lightweight to pack and it gave me the little extra warmth I needed on my arms with the particular dress I was wearing. 10/10 would order again and will use it again. It's not a shirt and doesn't come all the way down but it is exactly as advertised- tights for your arms.

Bought this to cover up undergarment lines under a sheer dress, and while it does smooth out perfectly, its not opaque enough to cover the lines. It is comfy and would be very cute for layering though. Opaque in the lower arms (when its not stretched). So, if youd like it to cover, I recommend sizing up.

The only complaint would be that the top was a little longer. It fits like a crop top which is fine for most clothes but not great for a fitted tshirt. The arm compression is wonderful and for the price you can’t beat it!!

I wish I'd read the one-star reviews before I bought this. I wear a size L/XL on top, so that's what I ordered for this. When I took it out of the package I couldn't believe what I was seeing - the tiniest garment ever. Thinking they'd sent the wrong size, I went looking for the size printed on the garment and also on the package - and it doesn't say anywhere what I was looking at. It makes me think there's only one size made and if you're a bigger person, too bad. It's going back, and I won't bother reordering it in a larger size.

I find this garment as described. That being said I would Never pay $30.00 for it. I bought them on sale for $15 which is an appropriate price for this type of temporary garment. It'll only last a certain amount of time even with gentle care. They really are "Arm-tights". Update: I have found wearing them in hotter weather a bit challenging. Great for cooler seasons but not ideal in hot seadons or climates. That being said, I do run a bit on the hotter side. So if you tend to get chilly they may work year round for you or in a warmer climate.
