The ergonomic S-shape molds to the natural curve of the lumbar spine, distributing pressure away from the lower back, hips, and shoulders during long periods of sitting. High-density memory foam holds its shape over years of daily use; the breathable mesh keeps the cushion cool during extended desk hours and summer driving. Use as office chair back support, car seat lumbar cushion, recliner back rest, gaming chair posture pillow, or wheelchair lumbar support. The adjustable strap secures the cushion to most chairs, though deeply contoured car seats or oversized executive chairs may not fit perfectly. Recommended by chiropractors and physical therapists for posture support and lower-back relief — clinical research shows lumbar cushions reduce low-back pain from prolonged sitting. Trusted by office workers, remote professionals, long-haul truck drivers, frequent flyers, expectant mothers, post-surgery recovery patients, and seniors managing sciatica, herniated-disc discomfort, or general back stiffness. The removable mesh cover unzips fully and is machine-washable on gentle cycle with cold water; air-dry flat. Never wash or dry the memory foam core itself. Backed by ComfiLife's Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee — full refund or replacement if you're not 100% satisfied. Join over 5 million ComfiLife customers worldwide. The combination of the two has made a world of difference. **Q: is it too thick for the car** A: Yes, it is too thick for my Nissan Altima. I moved my seat back two inches, and the cushion still binds/slips towards the passenger seat when I slide into the driver's seat. Once seated. it felt like my stomach was being pushed out, rather than my back supported. Tried it in my wife's M-Class MB and it was even worse...if it was half as thick, it might work in a car **Q: Is the 15 inch dimension the width or height?** A: it's 15 inches wide and 12 high. and I love it! **Q: If choosing only one, should I get the seat cushion or the back pillow?** A: Seat cushion. Excellent product. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ muy comodo *by B***E on 19 September 2023* muy cómodo para la silla de escritorio ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing *by A***A on 23 June 2023* Excellent ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great purchase *by D***. on 13 April 2022* Works great on my recliner.
