Pure Enrichment PureRelief Pro Far Infrared Ultra-Wide Heating Pad

I love it! I have another heating blanket from pure enrichment and it's outlasted all the other heating pads by far. My problem with heating pads is they usually break after or around a year, sometimes they don't even last 6 months, as I use them pretty often, so it's actually money saving to buy these because with the others I kept having to buy a new one every 6 months to a year. What I like about this one is that it stays a little bit hot even when it's off which is lovely because I wear it at night and so I get a little bit more time on it. It's also mega strong! Most nights I just use it on the second or third setting. I can't even handle the hottest setting unless I'm in a lot of pain, which is really nice too, other heating blankets sometimes don't get quite hot enough to make a difference but this one has a really lovely variance. I literally sleep with it on pretty much every night! It has auto shut off and is super fuzzy and comfy.

This is the best heating pad I have ever used. I bought three of the 20" x 24" models in 2026, and my whole family loves them! Recently, one of them stopped working. I called customer service, Scott was incredibly friendly. He asked for my order number and informed me that the product comes with a 5-year warranty. I received a replacement just three days later. I highly recommend this product!

Bad, don’t get fooled by the great reviews. It is soft but that’s it, it puts out very, very little heat, even on high! I read a review about it not giving out enough heat and I got worried but I just wanted to give a try to a different brand and now I regret it. If you want real beautiful heat that will help and get rid of strong pain, get the Sunbeam black xl one, if you have no heat in your room and want to a little warm hug to get rid of the chill then get this one. I’m not even going to bother with returning, not going to waste my time, it is going straight to the trash.

4 1/2 stars ( docked a half of a star because the auto off limits it ) Very nice and very large heating pad. Puts out plenty of heat and covers your entire back. The only thing that I wish that it had was either a by pass for the auto shut off or a longer timer. I understand the safety feature matters but sometime I want it running longer than an hour or so.

Just recently the heating pad was not turning on. I called the Pure Enrichment company for troubleshooting advice. After the company determined it was something not fixable they arranged for me to get a new heating pad. The heating pad came the next day. I also have several air purifiers from this company that I have had for quite a few years that run constantly that are of the highest quality. I really mean it when I say that their products and polite helpful customer service is impressive. I would just like to add that the Far Infrared heating pad has the most deep penetrating soothing warmth. A regular heating pad cannot compare with this type of technology. A regular heating pad just feels like surface heating and inferior compared to Far Infrared. Whatever pain or soreness you have, in my opinion this is a truly a therapeutic device. I urge you to read about the benefits of Far Infrared and you will find this type of heating pad is a great investment for your health.

This is a pretty good heating pad. It heats up fairly quickly but it doesn't stay hot on the settings for very long. I had to turn it on to the next setting after about 20 minutes. The size is larger than the standard heating pads. For me it was a bit cumbersome because of the weight and size. It's heavier due to the infared feature. I slept with it under my back and while it worked, I still had to change the heat setting. The shut-off feature was odd as it blinks for a while and I wasn't sure what was going on. It's a very soft fabric which was nice. But for me, it wasn't a keeper.

A very good extended warranty, better than the rest. If it fails, simply contact them. They stand by their product.
