It is not comfortable to wear all day every day. The plastic, the shackle and velcro are all awkward and painful at times. The shackle is so difficult to put on and take off. THAT alone has nearly forced me to pitch this in the trash. I have to take it off to sleep in, at the gym, in the shower and when I have a suit on. I'm familiar with using tourniquets and thought having one always ready would be a great idea. From starting point, the "CDO gear torque one" is super easy to use. I didn't wanna wait til an emergency to learn how to use it so I tried it out. I recommend everyone familiarize themselves with the instructions but for me personally I wanted to see first hand. From initial presentation it's a passable bracelet. It easily sprung into action as a tourniquet and was just as effective as the larger ones. You could save a life with this. So then came the time for rewrapping it. The instructions indicate it can be reused. I was careful unfurling it and even took photos prior. I still had a pretty difficult time getting it back to it's initial state. It took me two tries and more time than I'd like to admit but I was eventually able to get it back to the starting point. That said, it isn't easy and I don't know that I'd consider this a "Reusable" item. Now obviously after a bloody emergency you wouldn't want to reuse it and would probably cut it off. So based on the fact that the whole reusable thing is more for "practice", it's okay. But definitely not super quick or simple. As a bracelet it's sorta awkward. It works but certainly isn't fashionable or even really comfortable. So I'd say most will probably throw it in a bag or on a keyring. That said...if you don't carry the instructions too, make sure you know how to use it ahead of time. All things considered this is an item that has the potential to save someone's life when used correctly so for the money and portability, it's worth it. Just be cautious undoing it (during practice) and learn how to use it. A tool is only useful if you know how to wield it. It's a pretty cool idea though and great for those of us who may encounter life threatening situations more than others. I work with a vulnerable population and while I hope to never have to use this, it's worth having just in case. I'd recommend. (Sorry if my photos post out of order.
