Great for sore wrists for building strength
I work in a steel factory and assemble steel brackets for local businesses in Wisconsin and contractors across the country. Its very important to take care of my hands and wrists. Over time, my wrists started to hurt and be painful at times. With these, I squeeze the handles and the pain slowly goes away and I can feel my wrists slowly build strength.
