Size down, it said I needed a large but they were huge.. I ordered a medium regular and they fit perfect. I’m 5ft 4 inch & 160 pounds! I ordered black, super cute with stretch & slight flare at bottom, well made and comfy.. I will buy more !

Fit great and about 8/10 true to size. I am 5’8 and 155 lbs. I bought a medium and I almost feel like I could size down to a small (which I have never worn a small in my life!!!) I normally wear medium bottoms and these were a bit roomy at my waist area. The draw string is only in the front, the back waistband is elastic. Doesn’t bother me, just different. I feel like these may be a bit long. Although I did not have shoes on when I first tried the pants on. Hopefully I won’t be scrub-walking once I put my tennis shoes on. Overall these get a 4/5. Material is great quality, durable while still allowing for easy movements. Large was my recommended size but I’m glad I stuck with my gut and got a medium. Do not size up.

Let me just say I’ve purchased 3 pair and they are the best pants for work. Feel good , fit exactly how I wanted, feel good cause you look good AND makes your butt look amazing. Highly recommend you will not be sorry but you’ll be thanking me when you get that first compliment

I love a good pair of scrub pants! Comfortable, practical, and durable. Washed several times, color stays the same and I can bend, squat, sit with legs crossed without any issues.

I am a fan of the Dickies EDS Essentials scrubs. This brand style has been discontinued and hard to find what I want/need. This Cherokee brand came up as comparable, so I decided to give it a try. I order a set, and, overall, I would say they are nice. They are very similar in both fit and style to the EDS scrubs. However, my complaint is on the poor design of the waistband. The back half of the bottoms is elastic. While the front half is a sinch. There is no point to having a sinch waist when the elestic keeps giving way. The gist of my complaint is that my butt hangs out when I bend over or sit down because I cannot sinch them tightly around my hips. Even just having my cellphone and two pens in a side pocket will slowly pull one side down overtime. Downsizing would not work as the pants would then not fit my hips and thighs. I'm hoping to be able to carefully rip the side seems and fish a tie string all the way around to solve the issue.

I love these scrubs. Comfy and roomy. I ordered a smaller size- Normally a Large but went with Medium. So happy I did/.

Love these scrub pants. By far one of my favorite! A little big so I advise sizing down.

The pants run turn to size. I wouldn't go smaller like some are saying
