the rubber is heavy enough and I’m sure you can, but probably not suggested. Depends on the slope of the driveway

Is this tire saver ramps made of rubber?

It sure is and very solid and flexible. It hasn't slipped out from underneath my tires yet. Highly recommended.

My rear tire is 10 inch wide, is it ok to park on these 8.7inch wide flat savers? Thank you

That's hard to say without seeing it on the ramp. You are only talking about 5/8 of an inch overhang on each side, which probably is where the tire starts to round up. I can't imagine that making any difference. I would go for it. The weight and majority of the tire will be taken care of.

Will these work with a tandem axle travel trailer, weights 9,560lbs

Yes. We park our 37' Keystone Springdale on them for storage. It's on somewhat of a level area and there is no need for wheel chocks. I bolted them to a piece of 2 x 10 now when we return just back onto the Tire Savers and it cradles the tires and secures it in place. Unhook, put the tire covers on and done. Love Em.
