Packaging was good. One of the buttons broke but will not affect water getting in. I just forgot to unbutton everthing first. It descibes as having heavier ends to prevent wind blowing the poncho up. However it does not seem any heavier anywhere on it. As there are very few wheelchair ponchos under $100...this was approximately $40...I am glad to see it actually is contoured well for a manual wheelchair. I have not used it yet as no rain but it definitely will be better than an umbrella or garbage bag...lol.

In my opinion, this ia a total piece of crap!It's made of flimsy material. It doesn't fit. Just no good at all.
