Use With Caution – Especially After Long Storage
I’ve used Nithyam tablets occasionally, and while they do seem to have some beneficial effects, I recently had a severe reaction that I want to share. I had a bottle that I had opened several months ago and had only a few tablets left. After about 6 months of not using it, I took 2 tablets on consecutive days. Soon after, I developed severe stomach issues, including diarrhea, watery stools with traces of blood, cramps, and abdominal pain. It was quite intense and worrying. From my experience: The tablets seem very strong, especially if unused for several months. Do not consume if the tablets have been left unused for 6–7 months, as the effects might be harsher than expected. While the product may help, I would advise caution with dosing and freshness, and to consult a doctor if you experience unusual symptoms. I hope this helps others make informed decisions and avoid serious digestive problems.
