I was interested in this product because it was advertised to help remove dark spots on your skin but it "removes" dark spots because it literally lightens up your skin. I was surprised by how much whiter my skin looked after using a little bit of the cream. This is definitely not for someone who has anything above a slightly tanned complexion.

I am returning this product for several reasons. It leaves an undesirable white cast on the face after application. This is particularly concerning if you’re a person of color and have a dark skin tone. Second, it burns around the perimeter of my eyes. Thirdly, it is not moisturizing at all. I do not recommend.
