Review: Love the original fascia blaster, but the handle on the mini is great! - I have been dealing with sore, tight muscles for years (legs, back, etc). For years, I have used foam rollers, foam roller balls, gua sha stones, & nothing really effectively released the tension. Then, I ended up with post-surgical abdominal adhesions after a supposedly minimally invasive surgery. I ended up getting incredibly painful charley horse type painful spasms in my lower ab region. I had to go to specialized PT where the therapists used various tools (gua sha stones, etc) in addition to very aggressive (& painful) manual therapy that left me with bruises almost every time. Then, I saw a video re: the fascia blaster & was intrigued by it. I bought it right away. What a game changer! It’s so much easier than foam rolling & is more effective & takes much less time than foam rolling. I do it on my stomach, legs (thighs, front & back & sides), calves, glutes (as best I can). I don’t like to use oil b/c it can be messy, so I either do it in the shower on wet skin or over clothes (sweatpants, cotton t/shirt) & it’s just as effective. Does it hurt? Yes. It does hurt if you do it hard enough, but foam rolling also really hurts, & is physically grueling when you have to hold your entire body weight on your hands. With the fascia blaster, you have to put enough pressure to release the tight muscles/adhesions/etc. For me, if I don’t use enough pressure, it will not work. So, I do it aggressively, it does hurt, but the more you work the area, the pain lessens until the pain goes away. I feel GREAT afterwards. I bring any number of the fascia blaster variations to any massage that I go to. The massage therapists love them, & for me, the massage is more effective. The massage therapists particularly like the mini because of the handle. It helps to access hard to reach areas. I recommend watching a you tube video to see techniques on using it. Love all the fascia blasters!
Review: Too early to tell...but so far so good! - Even though FasciaBlasters have been around for years, this was my first time trying one. This Mini-1 was the perfect one to start with. I used it lightly (since I didn't have any of the smaller tools) to warm up the skin and then less lightly as my skin was able to tolerate it. Additionally, the tip end has the nugget which helps to "poke and wiggle" to relieve tight spots. Great product. Have only been using for about 2.5 weeks, but can already feel some of my tight, painful areas relax...particularly my thighs.

## Features

- FasciaBlaster by Ashley Black originates from her overcoming a cripple childhood and a debilitating bone infection. After healing herself, she wanted to help the masses. For 20 years, she treated pro athletes and celebrities before launching the FasciaBlaster. Bringing Fascia Health to the World.
- A groundbreaking company in the world of therapy and beauty, it is the first and only manual tool proven to regenerate fascia tissue in peer-reviewed and published science. FasciaBlasting is more than a temporary feel-good; it's the long game of regenerating fascia. Fascia does not respond to rolling, pounding, or vibrating. The engineering of our tools allows the penetration of myofascial tissues and triggers the remodeling effect. Science shows an increase in irisin, a decrease in inflammation, less cellulite, less subcutaneous fat and more energy, less pain, and better overall well-being.
- We are the pioneers of this industry, boasting over 75 global patents, 111 Trademarks, and 17 copyrights. With over $170M sold, FasciaBlaster is a 2x America's Fastest Growing Companies winner. Black has been awarded Inventor of the Year and A Lifetime Achievement Award in Consumer Goods. She has authored 2 #1 Best Selling books and is often the keynote speaker at medical conferences and health symposiums introducing FasciaBlaster research. Black's knowledge and techniques are improving the lives of millions. The tools may look symplectic, but the results are dramatic and beyond expectation.
- Our Mini 1 FasciaBlaster allows for deeper penetration into the muscle layers to relieve lactic acid and tension. The Nugget tips are perfect for trigger point therapy. Simply scrub the "claw" of the Mini 1 on bare skin with oil to remodel the fascia tissue. The Mini One is great for abs, arms, calves, and thighs because of its easy-to-hold handle. Use the nugget for stubborn adhesions or cellulite dents. The Mini 1 can attach to our extenders for further reach.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cool thing
*by T***A on May 3, 2019*

Came as expected. Been using for about 3 weeks. Has already helped with pain in my ankles from i don't know, i guess facia since it worked. Meanwhile, was able to work out a cellulite dimple in my thigh already. Some bruising which i expected in my thighs once i used harder pressure which i probably should have waited to use a few more times softer till my body adjusted to this process which I did not realize. Should have watched more of the Youtube videos first. The videos are really helpful. Does take time and work but worth it so far. Did also purchase the larg blaster and face blaster with are worth it as well.
