Nice quality pad, fit perfectly and good sticky strip to hold in place, good thickness for absorbing, once in place they are discreet which is what I like about them. Good quality for money.

For some reason I'd a temporary issue with peeing as normal & then a few minutes later, dripping. This was long after the usual tucking & tidying away, zipping up etc & twice resulted in what Stephen Fry referred to as ' the spots of shame ' because they only occur at the most awkward moments. I resigned myself to trying these & don't regret it. They are not obtrusive at all, are comfortable & do the job very well. The adhesive used is excellent so they do stay in place & you aren't concerned they will make an unwanted appearance, also they are inexpensive. If there is room to improve on design it is that they require you to hang down as you do when naked but presumably like most right handed men, I flick to the left in underwear & left handed men flick to the right. That's actually where there is the least padding to absorb any drips simply because they are designed to fit discreetly in your undies & not designed with where the end of your penis is. Some new habits have to be formed. However they didn't let me down once & whilst my leak issue seems to have gone, I do have a pack or two in reserve should it ever come back.

U like these lads, ther comfy, hardly know its there, they absorb large gushes and there extremely reasonable price wise

I purchased these whilst I was recovering from a serious RTC and they worked for my purposes when in a wheel chair. The sticky strip worked well enough to put the pads on. Once I began mobilising again I found I had to stop using them as they were simply to bulky and caused irritation where they rubbed. they definitely served their purpose in helping me to be less embarrassed and self conscious when I had leakage but I wouldn't recommend if you are able to mobilise well just due to their fit and size. This may well be a case of you get what you pay for and a more expensive product may give that better step in quality.

Buy every month so I think that says it all. Husband was hard to convince to purchace at first, but now he would"nt be without them !!

Very poor product . Adhesive stuck to my underwear and I cannot get residue off. Written off a pair of pants.

Very soft and absorbent. Probably the best I've used thus far. All white inside so you can see if anything is abnormal. Not really bulky and feels just right. Pad measures about 10" long by 9" wide up front and narrows to 4" at bottom. Great fit.
