After doing some research about inflammation I continually read that Colostrum supplements might be beneficial due to them helping to heal and seal the gut. I chose this brand because they had good reviews and the price point is solid. I've been taking these for 4 months now and I can unequivocally say that since taking them, my inflammation has significantly decreased. The best thing for inflammation I have discovered so far, at least for me. They are standard size capsules, not small, but not hard to swallow. They don't have any flavor or cause any burping issues, but did cause flatulance in the beginning (made me think they were working even more). They actually smell a bit like milk (makes sense).
