One came in one piece - a great toilet, wonderful product. However, the other two came totally broken. A piece of ceramic pierced through the outer wrapping, which actually cut my finger. Then I found out YOU CANNOT RETURN THEM unless you pay for the shipment. desertcart made me pay approx. $220 to return the shattered toilets (and they weigh together more than 230 lbs). They were received by desertcart on August 6. After several claims to get the refund, I finally received a message saying "it'll take another 25 days to process your refund." So as of now, August 26, I have never seen any refund on them. Too bad TOTO makes great toilets, but desertcart's shipping is just a nightmare. An additional note: After desertcart, I bought the same toilets from Wayfare with less costs (shipping included). They also came shattered but when I claimed for the refund, it was done right away on the same daty. I didn't need to return them, either - just disposed them as garbage. What a relief. In the end, I bought them from a local shop with more costs and picked them up by myself. Review: Powerful flush, easy to clean and looks great in my remodeled guest bathroom. Delivery came early and in perfect condition. I do love that it's a softer seat than my Kohler in the master bathroom. I bought this on purpose, since I wanted a softer seat. It arrived very well packed in a thick layer of hefty bubble wrap. Very happy with the quality, delivery and price.
