I'd be more than happy to help, here's a breakdown of our sizing for our straps and singles: 85% of Zoxers wrists fit nicely into a size medium. To find your perfect size, measure your wrist and compare them to the sizing guidelines below. I have also attached a document for visual reference. Hope this helps! Kids Fits wrists: 3.5"-5"(100mm-155mm) Small Fits wrists: 4.5" - 6.7” (115mm - 170mm) Medium Fits wrists: 5.5" - 7.3" (140mm - 185mm) Large Fits wrists: 7" - 8.25" (175mm - 210mm) Straps are 25mm wide and singles are 15mm wide The majority of kids' straps are 20mm wide.

Hi Jane, You sure can! Zox are made of a special type of elastic that holds up very well in water; even after getting 'em wet the color will be super vibrant and awesome. We do definitely recommending ordering the ZOX to fit as well as possible Once in a while we see Straps that are in water non-stop, or ZOX that are too large get a little warped, as elastic tends to do over time, but unless you're a fish you probably have nothing to worry about. I haven’t cleaned mine yet but when I do I will put it in a delicates bag and throw it in the wash.

Can it be worn in the pool and ocean?

I wore mine in the pool a a few times and now I can’t tighten it enough to fit again. It’s super loose. :( bummed cause I loved it
