It comes with wooden plank which can be screwed to the crib (for mini and midi size) for full crib it comes with metal support.

What size sheets are needed for the bassinet and midi crib?

I would say check babyletto website, it has dimensions for each size. I dont think you will find sheets for bassinet and midi crib other than babyletto website itself.
