Great book. - This is where great material and responsive customer service go a long way. I ordered a copy of this for our son; it arrived with the front apparently mishandling during shipment. The seller quickly sent a replacement--no shipping problem, but this copy's spine was damaged, with one end sporting a hanging chad. While still not as I'd like, I was able to effect the repairs to make it giveable. My son will be blown away by the contents, so I anticipate the repaired condition won't make as much of an impression on the recipient as on the giver. Customer Service-3 stars (averaged). Quickly responsive, but odd that the replacement copy was damaged, too. Content-7 stars. Fascinating material at a remarkably good price. Hope this review helps.
