I love this stuff. I did have to buy one more little box of this because when I was putting the powder on my hair, I must’ve been a little too aggressive and the whole bottom part of it fell off! The product is awesome!

The color match guarantee is real! The color I purchased was too light and when I inquired about the guarantee, customer service got right back to me and told me to go ahead and order the right color free of charge. It came quickly. The product works very well, I highly suggest watching the video on how to apply it. A bonus, in addition to taking care of gray roots, is it goes on naturally enough that I can use it on my eyebrows as well.
