Excelent value for the price!
I had been looking for quite a while to upgrade my video card. I do not play games, other than Solitaire, but I do some serious computer graphics (Cad-Cam). My computer is rather old, but still powerful, but my old video card was really beginning to show it's age. I was also limited by the amount of power I could squeeze out my power supply for the new video card. I ordered this SHOWKINGS Radeon RX 580 8GB thinking for the price, how wrong can I go? Well, the card installed in a breeze, absolutelly no problems, the only thing was that I had to use a 6 to 8 pin power cable adaptor, which I had. Upon reboot, went to the AMD website, used their Drivers "discovery tool", which automatically installed the appropiate drivers! WOW! This card works like a charm, have had it now for a few weeks, it runs cool, and absolutely quiet! My power supply handles it perfectly ok, performance is superb! I wish I had decided earlier on upgrading! I cannot emphasize what a major upgrade for an older computer, for very low cost! You cannot go wrong!

For the price I was pleasantly suprised!
I was looking to make my 10 year old i5 desktop a little more modern and I am really suprised at what this guy can do. I was not expecting to make a high-end gaming machine out of this desktop. Also, this was my first AMD, so had to take a little leap of faith there. All I really wanted this GPU for was to play 4k media. The only game I play on this desktop is Rocksmith+. It runs 4k movies and shows flawlessly. As an unexpected bonus, it runs Rocksmith+ 4k with all settings on ultra which is awesome! At first I was worried if this guy was going to put out a ton of heat for what I use it for as my case is compact, stuffed full of hard disks, only has one case fan, and not a lot of ventilation. But to my suprise it runs really quite cool! Quiet too which is a big bonus when it comes to movies and shows. Just be aware you will need an appropriately sized power supply with a 6 pin connector to power a GPU as large as this. Great for the price. Zero complaints thus far.

Great vid card for the price
I got this card for my new mid-tower ATX build. Using an Asus motherboard and AMD Ryzen processor, so I wanted a Radeon chipset video card. This card is very generic. The box only included the card in anti-static wrap. No docs or anything else. However, it fit my board and case just fine, drivers and updates were easy to find and set up, and it worked perfectly upon startup. I only had an older monitor at first with an HDMI connection, so resolution was limited, but the card recognized the maximum the monitor was capable of and I didn't have to adjust anything. This week I got a new Samsung 32" 4K monitor, and the Showkings card recognized the Display Port right away and applied the max resolution it is capable of. Wow! I love it. The video is crisp and fast. I'm not a gamer, so I can't speak for how fluid the action is, or if there's tearing or anything. I needed this for graphics and photo work, and it works great!

Can have Fan issues
Have amended my review from 2 to 4 because the seller honored the warranty and worked with me to resolve. Took off one star because I still need to open and reinstall everything again. Overall, this is a perfect card for my needs, no heavy gaming, some cad and audio / visual work. And 'bang for buck', I consider one of the best options, esp with 8GB ..prior review... Was a good card at a good price, but only lasted about 6 months. Fans just refused to start regardless of settings. Tried a few potential fixes through AMD software Adrenalin, to turn off a zero spin state, but did not appear on my options. Although GPU works, I cannot use for any games, just overheats (and shuts down). Was thinking of a fan replacement but ....

Plug and Play with multiple monitors!
I was going to go the route of two separate graphics cards for my two monitors, and then I stumbled across this ShowKings card. I was more than a bit hesitant to buy it as there is ZERO supporting docs anywhere to be found. Once received, I unboxed it to discover absolutely nothing for any driver info. Still, I put it in and it came on straight away. Then i went out to AMD and downloaded their 580 driver...and voila! All is well again. I did have one short lived flickering session but that seems to have cleaned itself up. So far, I am good with this card and the DP output for 3 monitors is sweet! UPDATE!!! That flickering has returned - ALWAYS on startup. It clears up after about 15 minutes but it is incredibly annoying as not only does the screen dim - but there is an accompanying noise like an old screw being loosened. Of course the return date was 5 or 6 days ago, and i am hoping the seller comes through for a replacement.

The best "on a super tight budget card" there is
Great Card. Used it for a few years now. The fans recently started having an issue but those are cheap to replace. Runs cool and quiet. This is the best super budget card even in 2025. I've been able to play newer titles like Star Wars: Jedi Survivor on medium settings with FSR on at around 30-40 fps, and baldurs gate 3 on ultra 60fps at 1080p with a Ryzen 5 5600x with little to no bottleneck.

Best budget graphics card
8 gig graphics card for 100 bucks??? This is an amazing card. I grabbed it to replace an old 2 gig card I had. I am not a computer guru by any means, but was able to install relatively easy. The only downside about this gpu is that itโs a little wider than my old one, and the plastic shell around the outside made it so that my ram slot tabs would not make it fit. I ended up breaking off a portion of the shell (it was only plastic after all) and this card fit right in! Has been working good, although I am thinking it gets hot sometimes as my power supply is on the smaller side and I have minimal fans. I will upgrade more components of my pc soon! Great purchase !

great customer service
so i will make this a detailed yet succinct review. the graphic card is definitely a beast. I have an older computer like 5 years old, and was worried that my computer would not be able to handle it. It fit perfect, and the seller was definitely helpful as this was my first graphics card purchase ever (since 1995-when graphics card were very tiny back then). The graphic card runs perfect with the AMD software(latest update) and is able to handle many tasks with ease. I was also worried about cross compatibility since i had a built in intel graphics card. Like I said this is my first graphics card and I bought it to enhnace the performance on my pc. And boy did it deliver. The seller was also very patient with me as I probably asked him stupid questions(like how do i know it works) but the seller was very professional in his communication and solved my problem quickly.
