You need to buy a neutraliser shampoo to use after the product is rinsed from the hair. Personally, I do a 2-stage neutralisation of my hair after using this product. I first use a neutraliser shampoo and rinse, then I apply bicarbonate or baking soda and leave on for a few minutes top ensure my scalp is completely clear of the product. Finally, I use a good moisturising shampoo and heavy conditioner as part of my hair maintenance.
